HERITAGE NIGHT 2025 COUNTDOWN WITH THE MARKETING COMMITTEE

The Marketing Committee, comprised of three student leaders from board—developed and executed the creative direction and promotional strategy for the Vietnamese Student Association’s annual Cultural Heritage Night at Western Washington University. We’ve established a cohesive theme that celebrated Vietnamese identity and community, aiming to increase cultural awareness, foster cross-cultural engagement, and enhance event visibility both on campus and online.

We achieved 53,158 views—a 68% increase. This demonstrates a strong content visibility driven by high-performing Reels and posts that captured audience attention.

Our content reached 8,281 users, up 33%, highlighting effective strategies in expanding audience exposure through consistent and timely content delivery.

Content Interactions:
With 1,614 interactions—a 104% increase—our content sparked meaningful engagement, showing that visuals, messaging, and themes resonated well with viewers.

Followers:
We gained 20 new followers, a 33.3% increase in a two week timeline, indicating steady audience growth as a result of relevant content and improved engagement efforts.
